KDH Catering Concepts were brought in to facilitate the design of the back of house kitchen
facility and achieved a state of the art installation.
Upon entering The Market Square, one approaches the feature Bar with its modern up lit
ceiling structure. The bar was positioned to allow customers to grab a quick coffee, smoothie
or similar without necessarily having to enter into the heart of the space. It also doubled up
as a spill out facility for the multifunction meeting space located immediately adjacent to the
restaurant. Here staff can enjoy a well-deserved drink at the end of the working day too.
