The expansion will cross over Bath Avenue and, once complete, the new floor area will be approximately 62,000m², including old and new. The Rosebank Gardens (formerly Nedbank Gardens) building will be demolished to make way for the expansion. The new section will have 8 levels - 6 levels parking and 2 levels retail. Construction has commenced and occupation of the first 114 apartments is expected at the end of 2014.
