Precinct’s pedestrian network. This ground floor
activity creates a public destination that completes
the series of interconnected public spaces through
the precinct and leads into the building’s sheltered
courtyard - forming a chasm of sorts at the core
of the structure. A series of transparent glazed
commercial spaces surround the courtyard and
provide 360º views. The courtyard spills out onto
secure landscaped gardens; providing a place to
enjoy sundowners and picturesque views.

The site is located in Century City, Cape Town,
in the western portion of mixed-use Bridgeways
Precinct, edged by Sable and Ratanga Roads.
