A Centres are a client-centric property management
company who offer a diverse range of services including
facilities management, property maintenance and
corporate and retail leasing.
SA Centres moved into Building 2 in the new Oxford and
Glenhove AAA development in Rosebank CBD. Their new
location, in the hub of Rosebank, improves the company’s visibility
from key roadways and is easily accessible from the Rosebank
Gautrain Station.
Office design specialists, Paragon Interiors, who recently
celebrated their 20th birthday, were the appointed interior design
firm for the project.

Project Objectives
The project objective was to create a functional workspace that
reflects SA Centres’ unique brand, whilst incorporating global
office design trends. SA Centres also expressed a desire to
improve productivity and connectivity between business units.
The Design Concept
Inspiration was taken from a high-end contemporary design
style. The contemporary style celebrates clean lines with
striking design elements that are enriched with beautiful quality
finishes, which were in this case, natural dark timbers, oak
