Designed by LYT Architecture, the precinct is situated directly opposite the Sandton Gautrain Station entrance and exit. The site covers the entire block between Stella Street, West Street and Rivonia Road and incorporates an extension to Gwen Lane to aid the city circulation routes. Overview The building consists of 30,000m 2 of premium office space spread over 12 levels on top of an 8-level super basement within a future mixed-use precinct. The project formed the first phase of the full development, with a further 4 buildings of mixed use being planned. The precinct has been designed as being completely open to the public, providing a space that is easily accessible and enjoyable to the people of Sandton. Public Space The opportunity for public interaction is expressed through the design of the podium and access routes. At the corner of West Street and Rivonia and addressing the Gautrain station, is a winding ramp and stair arrangement that provides an easy route onto the podium.
