The 11th floor is a transfer slab, which allows for
larger simplex and penthouse spaces that open
up to the north. The penthouse units have large
double volume areas with almost 7m sliding doors
that allow for impressive framing of the views.
Each penthouse also has large outdoor pool terrace
spaces where the bustle of the city is calmed by the
falling water of the water feature. The composite
timber decking provides the backdrop to the
extensive views through the glazed balustrades,
