he Edge, developed by Omnicape Property Fund, is a state-of-the-art, 9-storey
commercial building located on Carl Cronje Drive, close to the entrance of the Tyger
Falls precinct in the Tyger Valley business district, Bellville, Cape Town.

Site
The site was one of the last remaining open erven in the Tyger Valley Waterfront precinct
and forms the bookend of the developments around the water’s edge. It is a prominent site
