Landscape as Buffer and Mediator The site’ s topography and municipal constraints further shaped its articulation. A newly required water servitude along Century Boulevard necessitated a setback, which in turn allowed for the integration of linear parking bays along the perimeter. Rather than leave this as a utilitarian fringe, the design team employed an intensive landscaping strategy, planting densely to create a green veil between traffic and living spaces. This
not only enhances the residential experience but also elevates the boulevard’ s streetscape, offering shade, visual relief, and a sense of enclosure.
Internally, the circular plan encloses a central courtyard designed as a shared amenity for residents. Parking is subtly concealed within this space, maintaining a clean architectural language on the perimeter.
