Cohesive Identity : While fostering a unified corporate identity , the workspace also allows each division to maintain its distinct character .
The concept for the design approach was to use the products and environments that are the core of the Omnia business as the stimulus for the colour palette and the materials used throughout the building . Coppers , minerals , chemicals and raw materials such as stone and sand were translated into four key nature based pillars .
Earth : Stone finishes , marbled backgrounds , copper plates , and timber details create a grounded , natural ambiance . These elements reflect the solidity and strength of Omnia ’ s operations .
Plants and Nature : Biophilic principles are applied using extensive natural plants , customised foliage-patterned carpets , and plant-themed wallpapers . Plants like Sansevieria purify the air , enhancing both aesthetic and environmental quality .
Water : Features such as water installations on the ground floor provide visual and auditory connections to nature , enhancing the sense of tranquility and well-being .
Air : The building maximises natural light and airflow , supported by HVAC systems and air-purifying plants , ensuring a healthy environment .
