THIS SPREAD : Showhouse Unit toned furniture , creating a bright and welcoming environment . The use of bright , floral wallpapers on some accent walls adds interest . Spatial experiences have been designed to unfold as you navigate through the buildings . This assists with wayfinding and defining the functions of each space without being too literal . Each space is embodied with a unique atmosphere . As natural light is important , the design allows for as much light to enter the communal spaces as possible . For instance in the restaurant which is a large ,
deep space , floor to soffit glazing brings in a lot of natural light and also allows for uninterrupted views over the golf course . Where possible the aim was to create a seamless transition between the inside and the outside spaces .
All apartments were designed with an open plan spatial configuration that is more conducive to modern living and allows for large uninterrupted spaces .
Ergonomically all sharp edges were removed from the design . This ranged from the kitchen
