The planning and Council approval process was done in three stages to allow for early commencement of the project while design considerations and design development took place in the initial phase of construction. Original Building The original building comprised of a basement parking level, a parking level at grade with a main entrance and a small coffee shop off Prestwich Street together with three floors of office space 62 above ground floor. The conversion of the building required that an additional parking level needed to be constructed underneath the existing building, while at the same time constructing an additional four floors on top.
