The planning and Council approval process
was done in three stages to allow for early
commencement of the project while design
considerations and design development took place
in the initial phase of construction.
Original Building
The original building comprised of a basement
parking level, a parking level at grade with a main
entrance and a small coffee shop off Prestwich
Street together with three floors of office space

above ground floor. The conversion of the building
required that an additional parking level needed to
be constructed underneath the existing building,
while at the same time constructing an additional
four floors on top. The original three floors of
office space were converted into apartments and
with the addition of three new apartment floors,
there are six residential floors with a total of 137
luxury apartments.
