has been used on the floor of the pool area, while
the soffits of the gym and clubhouse have exposed
concrete beams with recessed timber ceilings,
creating a truly beautiful composition of timber/
concrete materiality. The exposed off-shutter
concrete is beautifully expressed in all of the
parking levels.
lobbies feature full-height glazing that allow
residents to experience serene views of Linksfield
Ridge. Both the east and west of the building
feature planted gardens and a large atrium from
the second floor right to the tenth floor.
Design
In order to enhance the experience of all the
people who would live at Infinité, the first floor of
apartments has been raised to create a structured
parking level, which also assisted in providing
another parking level without needing to excavate
further. The first nine levels of apartments are a
market-driven balance between 1 bedroom and 2
bedroom apartments, while the top level has been
solely dedicated to 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom loft
penthouses. Each penthouse is designed as a triple
volume apartment with roof-top terraces that open
onto an expansive view of Bedfordview and the
surrounding areas.
Mechanical ventilation for the building is largely
ducted in the building corridors, which is elegantly
concealed by smooth chamfered external ceilings,
following the curved shape of the building atriums
on the east and west.
The clubhouse and pool are raised above
the ground parking level, and the pool has been
designed with an infinity edge. The main elevator
