Materials The main structure consists of 80MPa concrete columns, a concrete lift core and shear walls and post tensioned cable floor slabs with infill brickwork. Externally a flush glazed façade system that hangs Park Central off the floor slab edges with 1m fire breaks between units. Internally a monotonal finish was used, with signage providing colour to the floor where each unit’s signage has been uniquely designed. The buyers had a selection of finishes in options during the construction phase.
