Double volume glass façades, cross ventilation
and views on both sides of the building are
some advantages you have using this design
methodology. The staggered landscape gardens
within the façades create unique external triple
volume spaces for residential units. The middle
floor punches through that space, providing natural
light and ventilation to the passages. The openings
in the façade for the landscape spaces also reduce
wind load on the building, making the structure
more economical.

The Building
There are 41 different types of units within this 20
storey residential tower, ranging from 39m² to 500m²
units, in single and double volume spaces fully fitted
with the option of fully integrated appliances and
air-conditioning that is state of the art.
There is a 360° view from the roof, overlooking
the Johannesburg skyline with bar and swimming
pool facilities and a clubhouse for entertainment.
Facing the park on the 3rd floor, there is a gym and
a gourmet kitchen, which is easily accessible from
Park Central
