L-form opens to the angled Pybus frontage, setting up an efficient and flexible modular building on the north-western and south-eastern boundaries, and presenting a welcoming face and generous garden to the northern Pybus edge. Pedestrian and Vehicular Access and Parking Pedestrian access to and from 2 Pybus is provided via a shuttle lift in a bold glass lobby element close to the Sandton City entrance. This ease of access promotes the activation of the public streets through walkable cities, and combined with the nearby amenities, minimises car trips. The multi-volume lobby atrium contains a striking bespoke art piece of the surrounding Sandton street network with 2 Pybus picked out in brass shading the angled reception desk in front of a feature tiled wall, all overlooked by angled balconies from the parking floors above and capped by an unusual ceiling. From this street level lobby at Basement 4, pedestrians are whisked up in the shuttle lifts to the main entry level of the building where the main building reception and common amenities are located. Vehicular access is provided from the Pybus frontage at the end of the site at basement 5, from where cars can circulate up or down within the parking floors, or even through the link tunnel to spill over parking in the adjacent 90 Rivonia property. A bank of staff lifts in the knuckle of the L-form take staff to all floors of the building.
