Rent or Own The selected site was not on the market and Netcare therefore decided to do a‘ hybrid’ renewable longterm lease whereby the landlord develops the‘ shell’ of the building in accordance with the Netcare specifications fit-out.
The‘ shell’ specification and floor by floor footprint was developed jointly between the landlord and Netcare project teams to ensure that the‘ fit-out’ brief could be met.
