Kwa-Zulu Natal coastal line. This development is one of FWJK’s latest co-developments
at cost offering seven exclusive luxury apartments with panoramic sea views. The
architecture was conceptualised out of the genius loci of the site. The steep terrain and
thick coastal forest that surrounds the site informed the arrangement of the spaces
that needed to sit comfortably within its environment. The building was elevated off
the ground on columns and used generous balcony overhangs to create a sense of the
structure floating above the forest canopy line. The uninterrupted glazed façade on the
east elevation allows one to take advantage of the 180º sea views.
