communicated to other non-technical members of the team. Virtual walk-throughs of the model were done with the client on a periodic basis to gain a better understand of the building. Walking through the building in this manner also allowed the client to make recommendations to the design team around facilities management issues etc. The main contractor, Stefanutti Stocks, also embraced the virtual design space and models were shared with the site team to understand 42 the building better. Virtual walk-throughs were conducted with the site teams in order to address various queries on the project. The adoption of BIM on the Park Square development has allowed the design team to deliver a technically challenging building on a tight construction schedule in an efficient and coordinated manner.
