Planning The new building is an extension of the existing CTICC and must therefore be considered in this context. As such, the planning of the CTICC East 58 expansion took many cues from the principles employed in the existing CTICC facility – access to halls and meeting spaces directly off a public concourse, loading from the north side under the elevated freeways, clear and controlled separation of front- and back-of-house “worlds”.
