Archipelago Archives Exhibit #3: If I could set with the sun GUIDE BOOK | Page 34
This is not a dance of deliberately
folding into shape.
Rather, the body-mind of the
dancer becomes a palimpsest
of past origami. A past that is so
distant, it is almost ancient. The
paper is unfolded now carrying
only memory in its creases.
Movements of breath, almost
unwittingly, fold the paper into
shapes that the body-mind
inhabits.
