A 15m spring height ( underside of lowest roof member ) allows for future vertical expansion to be housed within the existing footprint . A 400m ² pilot office and
800m ² mezzanine are centrally located along the western façade , offering essential back-of-house operational services such as staff changing rooms and a canteen .
The two-story office building , located on the eastern side , houses the businesses head office and customer showroom , bringing all admin processes together under one roof , creating operational efficiency .
