Client Brief The vision for the Dromex facility was clear : to create a modern , technologically advanced distribution centre integrated with functional office spaces that could serve both operational and client-facing needs while creating a warm home for a family orientated business . The client ’ s brief emphasised the incorporation of cutting-edge technology and construction methodologies to optimise efficiency . A key requirement was the installation of a state-of-the-art mobile racking system , utilising imported steel rails to maximise storage capacity and operational flexibility .
Additionally , the client sought to integrate a showroom within the office space , providing an inviting environment where clients could engage with the Dromex brand and its products . The design needed to balance operational functionality with a modern and inviting atmosphere for both staff and visitors .
