Based in Northampton, the business successfully moved to a second shift in April, our next goal is to implement a third shift, to achieve a goal of 20,000 tonnes per year polypropylene( PP) inbound carpet material. We plan to scale and develop in other areas of the UK, we are the only recycling business in the UK dedicated to and capable of recycling post-manufacture and post-consumer carpet into a sustainable and reusable resource.
Clean, dry, cut pile action-backed offcut and end of life polypropylene carpet is processed by Innovate Recycle into verified high-quality polypropylene pellets for injection moulding within the automotive, construction and horticultural sectors. Demand is increasing for reclaimed polypropylene to meet recycled content targets.

MARMOX MULTIBOARD SPREADS THE LOAD FOR LONDON WALL FIT-OUT
National flooring specialist OSF is using Marmox Multiboard as part of a high-specification installation covering 360m ² of the 13th floor at Moor House on London Wall, London.
The Epping-based, family-run business is installing 1,200 x 1,200mm, 20mm-thick limestone tiles in the boardroom. Following removal of the existing carpet tiles, the raised access floor is being overlaid with 12.5mm Marmox Multiboard, providing a robust substrate capable of supporting the unusually large-format tiles.
OSF founder and MD Ollie Scarfe says:“ We specialise in delivering high-specification flooring finishes, with a reputation built on quality and service. At Moor House, we are providing the flooring package, including carpet tiles, broadloom, vinyl and limestone.
“ We have only been using Marmox Multiboard for the past 6-12 months, replacing plywood and a decoupling mat. This solution is quicker, equally effective and saves a lot of money.”
A total of 445 Multiboard sheets were supplied by Protiler Tools, installed using Marmox 360 adhesive and galvanised steel washers. Waterproof and lightweight, Multiboard can withstand loads of up to 400kPa.
