PYROGUARD INVESTS IN INDIA WITH NEW MANUFACTURING PARTNERSHIP TO SUPPORT GROWING DEMAND FOR FIRE-RATED GLAZING
Pyroguard, the world’ s leading independent provider of fire safety glass, has established a new manufacturing partnership with South Glass in India as part of its strategic expansion to support increasing demand across India and the Middle East.
This investment reinforces Pyroguard’ s long-term commitment to the Indian market and strengthens its operational presence in the region. The collaboration will enable shorter lead times and enhanced local technical and sales support, while ensuring full compliance with Indian building and fire safety standards.
With a dedicated manufacturing base in India, Pyroguard will be better positioned to collaborate closely with architects, developers and installers to deliver customised fire-rated glazing solutions for applications including doors, partitions, façades and curtain walling. The new Indian manufacturing plant, based in Hyderabad, will produce fire-safety glass locally to the same global standards of performance, quality and certification as Pyroguard’ s UK and French operations, providing the market with premium fire-rated glass and improved project efficiencies.
PWS INTRODUCES AALBORG: THE NEW MICRO SHAKER
Responding to growing demand for modern kitchen design, PWS has launched Aalborg, a new micro shaker door range. This 5-piece, primed ash design is available in both lay-on and handleless options, featuring a slim 20mm frame for a contemporary take on the classic Shaker style.
Constructed as a solid 22mm door with a flush reverse, Aalborg is designed for compatibility with integrated appliances, internal storage and drawer systems. It offers easy installation and is available in bespoke sizes with drilling options. Customers can choose from a primed finish, 10 stocked colours via the Paint Plus service with a reduced lead time of 12 days, or PWS’ s full paint-to-order palette.
