FIREFLY ® will exhibit at London Build 2025 at London Olympia on 19 – 20 November, showcasing its full range of flexible fire barriers on Stand O40. The event features over 450 exhibitors and 10,000 + fire protection products, live demonstrations, and technical advice— much of which will take place on the FIREFLY ® stand.
The UK manufacturer will highlight its new FB180 Ablative Batt Systems for floor, wall, and roof cavity upgrades, along with recently launched Fire Collars. Visitors can also explore its renowned Zeus and Apollo flexible barriers— lightweight, easy to install, and fully certified across various substrates.
The FB180 Ablative Batt 60mm Floor System has been developed for fitting between timber joists or across larger protected areas, while the Fire Collar provides high-volume expansion and pressure sealing during a blaze, closing off combustible pipe penetrations.

MARMOX ON DISPLAY AT LONDON BUILD 2025 WITH REVAMPED WETROOM RANGE
Marmox, a leading name in the wetroom and shower market, will unveil its newly revamped product range at London Build 2025( Olympia, 19 – 20 November). Visitors to Stand G25 can explore the enhanced Multiboard Showerlay range, featuring a new centre drain design with coloured grates in stainless steel, white, and black. Each tray includes a fleeced surface layer with a 100mm surplus for seamless tanking and integration with adjacent membranes.
Constructed from high-density extruded polystyrene and coated with Marmox’ s cement polymer mortar, the Showerlays ensure precision falls and reliable drainage performance. While older products such as Minilay are being discontinued, popular Showerlay sizes( 900 x 1200mm, 1000 x 1000mm) remain, joined by new trimmable sizes in both centre and offset drain configurations. Linear Showerlay options will follow later this year.
