UNIFOR AND CITTERIO CREATE THE NEW PLANET FARMS HUB DESIGNED BY FLORIANI & STROZZI ARCHITETTI STUDIO

In the heart of the Lombardy countryside, in Cirimido, within the Peverelli nursery plant, one of the most advanced vertical farms in the world has come to life: the new production hub of Planet Farms, designed by the Floriani & Strozzi Architetti studio in collaboration with UniFor and Citterio. A place that brings together innovation, responsibility, and vision.

An architecture in dialogue with the landscape Set within an agricultural context, the building has been conceived as a discreet yet recognisable architectural sign. The wooden slatted façade recalls the linearity of the trees and, at the same time, serves a technical function as solar screening, contributing to energy savings.
