Shadow Housing Minister Kevin Hollinrake MP and Tom Copley , Deputy Mayor of London for Housing and Residential Development , are just two of the highprofile names amongst the first set of keynote speakers announced for UK Construction Week London ( ExCeL , May 7-9th ).
