STRATEGIC COLLABORATION

GRAPHENSTONE PAINTS PARTNERS UP WITH BREWERS DECORATOR CENTRES
Graphenstone Paints , one of the most certified sustainable brands in the industry , announces an exciting new distributor partnership with Brewers Decorator Centres , from the start of October . This strategic collaboration will significantly expand the company ’ s reach and make its unique and sustainable products more accessible to a broader audience , marking a significant milestone in its growth .
Graphenstone will showcase its standard range of 96 ‘ House ’ colours and ‘ The Treasured Collection ’, a range of 16 colours inspired by artefacts from the Ashmolean Museum , Oxford .
Brewers will be the first of Graphentone ’ s distributors to sell its revolutionary new ‘ peel-and-stick ’ paint patches . The colour patches are a convenient alternative to traditional sample pots , which can be costly and messy . The new patches are made using 30 % recycled materials and , by using tiny suction cups rather than adhesive on the backs , they are also 100 % recyclable
Each patch features a unique QR code , which , when scanned , provides the trade professional or customer with a full-colour explanation , recommendations for finishes , and additional application advice . The new patches will retail at £ 1.50 each .
The patches will make it easy for anyone from trade decorators , designers and DIY enthusiasts to check what colour they want without having to buy expensive and messy sample pots . This initiative will vastly reduce the amount of paint and packaging that is wasted . They will be available across ten stores initially , including Putney , Barnstable , Maidenhead , Abingdon and Exeter with a larger branch-wide rollout planned .
With a fast-growing roster that includes names such as English Heritage , GAIL ’ s Bakery , The Eden Project , Meta , Grosvenor Estates , and the Historical Royal Palaces , Graphenstone ’ s exceptional range of ‘ Purifying Paints ’ is revolutionising the industry .
For architects and other industry professionals , Graphenstone ’ s allure is that it is genuinely different from other paint brands . Its unique formulation means that its paints actively help sequester CO2 , purifying the ambient air as they cure ( during the first 30 days following application ). Its low-odour , mineral-rich paints combine ancient , non-toxic ingredients such as artisanal lime , and silicates with an innovative 21st-century material called graphene .
Combining these natural and sustainable raw materials with the ultimate in technology greatly enhances the performance of the mineral bases ; to deliver a traditional mineral based paint with Class 1 durability .
Graphenstone ’ s founder , Patrick Folkes says , “ Whilst often overlooked , air-purifying paints could play a small but vital role in helping the design and building industries meet important ESG goals . It ’ s often the case that it ’ s hard for a smaller brand like ours to compete with the legacy paint giants , and sometimes , it is a challenge to get architects and contractors to try our products for the first time . So , in these cases , I like to remind them that ‘ normal paint rules apply ; we are just the same as all the big-name brands in terms of cost and ease of application , however , we do stand out when it comes to helping them meet their net-zero targets .”
Graphenstone prides itself on its low carbon impact , approach to circularity in manufacturing , and waste avoidance .
