CASE STUDY : QUINTAIN LIVING , WEMBLEY PARK
Using our Property Protection range , we worked with Dexion Anglia to deliver a safe and secure storage solution for awardwinning developer Quintain . Just twelve minutes from Central London , Quintain Living at Wembley Park is an impressive project which offers a rental experience like no other .
Storage in developments such as Wembley Park is inevitably limited - and that is why developers are more frequently beginning to utilise basement and plant room areas to create additional storage spaces for residents – whilst simultaneously maximising revenue .
Troax GB can offer bespoke storage cages for residents in apartments or managed properties . These mesh security cages are modified to suit the required space , where there may be service pipes and other obstructions present . Cages offer a solution to the customer but also an additional revenue stream for the developer or client , in what may otherwise be wasted space .
That ’ s exactly what we did at Wembley Park working alongside our distribution partners Dexion Anglia . We supplied a combination of bespoke cage configurations to suit the requirement .

CASE STUDY : BATTERSEA POWER STATION
The iconic Grade II * listed Battersea Power Station opened its doors to the public on October 14th , showcasing the exciting and innovative redevelopment of the 42-acre site . The landmark which once supplied a fifth of London ’ s power now boasts contemporary apartments and hundreds of shops , restaurants , entertainment venues , bars , parks and historical spaces , creating a brand-new community for locals , visitors and residents to explore .
Troax are proud to have worked with Battersea Power Station Development Company on what was one of Europe ’ s largest urban construction projects , using our Sigma single skin panelling system to provide an entirely bespoke residential storage solution . The project posed some unique challenges , including needing to install a raised floor to mitigate the risk of damage from leaking sprinklers . This was a first for Troax , but we were able to navigate this smoothly as part of our service offer to achieve what the customer required .
