For the most demanding projects , the Klimatec 160 ( pictured here ) offers not only superb thermal insulation and an airtight seal , but it also benefits from 30-minute fire protection . Furthermore , the high strength steel ladder is finished in a durable powder-coat and is rated for up to 250 kg per tread . As such , the Klimatec 160 is an ideal solution for commercial and industrial use .
