Moving from a one to one static working format to a more agile way of working helped to embed the brand identity into the office . The team created a selection of flexible spaces and meeting rooms to support all styles of working and suit the business ’ s collaborative approach . The Basingstoke site is also home to PARK NOW ’ s UK call centre , which meant the team had to factor private and quieter spaces into the design , while also ensuring the team didn ’ t feel separated from the wider organisation .
UNITING A GLOBAL TEAM
PARK NOW was previously split across multiple industrial units , a set up that was not conducive to collaboration across the rapidly growing team . The new office needed to bring everyone together in one space , in the same way PARK NOW ’ s European office already did .
