One of the recent residential projects from Havwoods is this beautiful city centre home located in the heart of London . Transformed into a modern interior that is both neutral and contemporary , this striking apartment underwent a full refurbishment , turning a large house into three separate dwellings .
The brief was to create a modern interior that is both spacious and up-to-the-minute , whilst allowing new homeowners to incorporate their own accents of colour and style . The project is characterised by bespoke cabinetry , striking shelving , statement lighting and the stunning Amendo floorboard from the Havwoods Venture Plank collection . With the flooring playing a key role in the overall look of the project , the result is a sleek , light-toned surface that is the perfect backdrop to this modern home .
The Amendo floorboard is used throughout this spacious setting , which is crafted with aesthetic qualities and backed by a superior high-quality birch ply to ensure a greater level of stability . The subtle warmth of this flooring was selected to showcase the beautiful natural textures in the wood . The Venture Plank Amendo board also has a tongue and groove fit profile with bevelled edge , making it suitable for use in conjunction with underfloor heating .
