First Base has also invested in key initiatives to promote physical and social wellbeing , including an exemplary cycle scheme to encourage healthy living and zero-carbon commutes , and District , a community engagement app , which will be used to connect people within Edward Street Quarter through the sharing of events , services , discounts and news .
