The tower is formed of three slim volumes: with a lower face towards the more residential side of Shoreditch, a taller element facing west reflecting the higher-rise nature of the City, and a central volume rising up between. The 50-storey tower houses 299 high specification apartments and resident amenities including spa, pool, gym and cinema screening room. The development also provides affordable housing units together with the shell and core renovation of the Victorian ‘Light Bar’ located on Shoreditch High Street.
