with a residential-led mixed-use scheme with architecture by Pilbrow
& Partners and development management from Rigby & Rigby. As
development managers, Rigby & Rigby have been instrumental
in securing planning permission for this significant development
in Mayfair. The Berkeley Arcade Residences will comprise of 42
spectacular apartments and a retail arcade connecting Stratton
Street and Curzon Street. The development is set to establish a rare
