LIVE WEB CHAT FOR WATERLOO
Waterloo Air Products plc, leading
UK manufacturers of ventilation
grilles, diffusers, weather louvres
and VAV systems, has added a
live chat function for website
visitors. Within the two-week initial
trial, Waterloo’s live chat proved
popular with customers, and now
it is a firm fixture on the website
www.waterloo.co.uk. The number
of people using the service is
increasing every day.

Experience at Waterloo, has been
the champion for live chat and he is
very pleased with the enthusiasm
of customers using the service.

SPLASH AT HAVEN’S HOLIDAY
PARK
As part of a £3m redevelopment
at Hafan y Môr; one of Haven’s
largest holiday parks, a new pool
complex was built. The five month
redevelopment meant all of the
swimming pools were ripped out
and completely redone from the
ground up, with brand new pools
added. Formica Group’s Younique®
digitally printed laminate panels
were specified in the pool changing
rooms. The bespoke serviced
offered by Younique enabled the
project team to transport the bright
colours, designs and penguin
statues dotted around the pool area
on to the doors and lockers in the
changing rooms, achieving a fun-
filled family environment both in
the pool area and out. Alongside the
digital designs, Formica® laminate
was used on the doors, pilasters,
partitions and panels.

Until recently, shower channels and
drains in level-access showers were
a fixed unit. The drainage specialist
Dallmer has developed a system
which separates the drain body from
the shower channel. This allows for
easier cleaning as well as a flexible
shower channel length, facilitating
precision-fit integration in the shower
