2,000 workspaces have been made available to lease in the
largest commercial development in central Brighton in the last
25 years, Edward Street Quarter. The 150,000 sq ft commercial
element due to be on site this year will include 110,000 sq ft of
office space.
Edward Street Quarter is the £120 million redevelopment of the
former AMEX House in Brighton.
