Burlington Gate comprises 42 luxury apartments arranged in two
main blocks either side of a central lightwell with a two-storey
high public arcade containing art gallery spaces at ground level.
Situated in the heart of Mayfair close to the Royal Academy and
Burlington Arcade, this is the first new arcade of its kind in Mayfair
since the 1930’s and creates a new connection between Cork
Street and Old Burlington Street. Beneath the arcade, residents
have access to boutique hotel-style amenities including an
indoor spa and gym.
