Levitt Bernstein new offices in
Manchester’s Bonded Warehouse.
Owned by property development
and investment company, Allied
London, the building is set to be
one of Manchester’s coolest period
office developments. The Bonded
Warehouse is located in the St
John’s area of the City and stands
proud as a landmark building,
reflecting the industrial past of the
area and its heritage.
Select Interiors originally launched
in Manchester over 31 years ago
as a retail and commercial fit out
contractor. Since then, the company
has evolved and grown to include
a range of design and consultancy
services.

in their vertical whole house
heat recovery range. To ensure
a comfortable user experience,
the Midi, Maxi and Maxi Plus are
now available with advanced
acoustic attenuation. They are lined
with superior sound deadening
materials for really low sound levels
(the sound pressure levels are
down to 14.4, 13.2 and 14.4 dBA
respectively). The efficiency and
performance remain the same. All
these “AT-BY” models are complete
with summer bypass and frost-stat,
and commissioned via an integral
LCD. Functions, including trickle,
purge and boost speeds for each
motor, boost speed over-run time,
the time delay before the boost
speed kicks in, holiday mode and
night-time boost - all easily adjusted.
