SELSports designed, supplied and
installed this rooftop running track
around the perimeter of the 16th
floor of the White Collar Factory
(winner of the MIPIM UK Visionary
Building of the Year 2016) for
office workers to exercise. The track
was constructed using SELSports’
lightweight plastic drainage cells
for efficient shallow rainwater
management and to prevent
standing water on the running
surface and a permeable RBG
layer for an EPDM running surface.
This solution is ideal for MUGA,
playdecks and recreational zones
situated on roofs. SELSports is a
division of SEL Environmental Ltd,
a specialist water management
company with over 20 years of
industry experience. SELSports
combine precision design and
quality construction to guide
projects from concept through to
completion. It all started in 2004. We were
offered this old shoe shop in
Amersham.
We had never been to the
area before so were a little
apprehensive, however, 15 years
on, we have grown and become
a part of the community, working
with many established contractors
designing, supplying and installing
the smallest cloakroom to the
most extravagant bathrooms,
not only locally, but throughout
Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire,
Berkshire, London and beyond.
