SLEEP + EAT 2018
This year, with the introduction of a restaurant and bar component,
Sleep, Europe’s leading hotel design show, has become Sleep
+ Eat tapping into the growing interdependence of restaurants,
bars and hotels. With the theme of “Recognisable and New”,
it will comprise all of Sleep’s much prized features, including
an international exhibition of design-led products, the Sleep
Conference bringing together global hospitality influencers to
debate emerging issues, the Sleep Set concept room installations,
and the show’s vibrant social hub, the pop-up Sleeper Bar. The
new comes in the shape of Eat Sets and the Eat Conference,
packed with many of the foremost names who are shaping wining
and dining experiences today.
