énergie Fitness gym in Ormskirk,
Liverpool. The club features a cardio
& free weights area, resistance
equipment, an open plan zone for
spin classes and a training zone.

Following two years of collaboration,
the new MB-45EW framing system
has been developed and rigorously
tested for applications where non-
insulated screens and doors are
required. A first for the UK market,
the slim system exceeds the current
ratings of E30 and EW requirements
with additional radiation reduction.
Suitable for internal applications, the
framing system also offers a smoke-
proof screen arrangement with doors,
compliant with EN13502-2.

All old fluorescent batten fittings
were replaced with Tecton LED
luminaires which incorporate an
11-pole current conducting section
built into its multifunctional trunking
allowing the system to be equipped
to meet all future needs. Zumtobel’s
lighting met the stringent
sustainability requirements of the
project including environmental
impacts and ongoing running costs,
while providing excellent quality in
terms of aesthetics and illumination. What elevates Elite Stone above
the rest in the marble sector is a
profound knowledge of all aspects
of marble and the use of innovative
technologies, as E-Light System, the
outcome of research that required
over ten years to complete and that
is realized in the form of panels made
from thin sheets of marble and onyx
layered on LED lights embedded in
transparent glass. Kitchens, cabinet
doors, room dividers and front
doors are exalted by the harmony of
backlit-lightened marble, creating an
atmosphere rich in inspiration.
