Ensuring the end user understands the material and what they
can expect from its performance and the relative costs involved,
which overtime will save in terms of ongoing maintenance costs.
6. Have you seen a particular request or question from your clients
that is becoming a must for people now?
Clients are always interested in a low maintenance material that will
last a lifetime and has good slip resistance – 20mm porcelain is a

7. What are the main challenges you face when working with an
Architect or developer on a new project?
If we haven’t been involved in the project from the beginning, it can
be a challenge to find the solution but due to the flexibility of the
system and some minor design changes, most issues can be resolved.
