and innovations to the very best Garden Designers, Landscape
Architects, Contractors, Groundsmen, Facilities Managers and
Local Authority Landscaping Professionals from across the UK and
beyond. With over 90 brand new companies joining the exhibitor
line-up this year, the show is set to be bigger than before.
LANDSCAPE is proudly supported by over 40 different media
titles and trade associations, including Archetech, Design Buy
Build, Landscape & Urban Design and The Art Of Design (delete as
appropriate for each magazine)
LANDSCAPE also hosts a free to attend, seminar programme which
addresses a diverse range of topics integral to the industry. Topics
being discussed this year include: ‘How Green Infrastructure Can
Change the Horticulture Industry’, Choosing or Commissioning
Relevant Artwork for Exterior Spaces, ‘Successful Small Spaces’
and ‘What Happened Next? Successful Aftercare for Great Garden
Designs’. Speakers leading some of these sessions include
successful garden designers: Kate Gould, Andrew Fisher Tomlin
and Ann-Marie Powell as well as landscape architects such as, Ian
Phillips, Andrea Dates and Carolyn Willitts.
For the first year the show hosts a PechaKucha evening on the
opening night, this will be hosted by New London Architecture’s
Peter Murray and he will be joined by: Deborah Staunt from
DSDHA, Peter Heath from Atkins Global, Sue Morgan from
Around the Block Ltd, Andrea Dates from Townshend Landscape
Architects, James Lord from HTA Design LLP and Holly Lewis from
We Made That. PechaKucha is a simple presentation format where
architects and landscape architects will show 20 images, each
for 20 seconds. Drawing its name from the Japanese term for the
sound of “chit chat”, it provides a lively and informal format to
enlighten and inspire. Come down for a complimentary drink or
two at the Central Bar on Tuesday 19th September from 17.15 -
18.00 and listen to this inspiring discussion. This session, like all
other seminars will be free to attend, just register for your ticket in
