The growing trend for alternative
room illumination is the popular
use of uplighting cornice troughs.
Fitted with LED bars in either
a low or high lumen option (or
dimmer switch), this is now an
easy way to add that spe cial
mood lighting effect, whether in a
cinema room or main living area.
But illuminating the ceiling is
only one way of using these
products. Many profiles can be
reversed to use as a downlighter
or combined with a sister profile
to create a lighting ‘band’ along
a wall length. Other uses are
as architrave to light up a door
frame.
