A hugely versatile solution
RENOLIT ALKORPLAN may be installed
over an existing failed roofing system
providing a reliable lightweight solution.
In addition due to its vapour permeability,
any water ingress in the old roofing system
will diffuse through the new membrane
allowing the system to dry over time. The
membrane also compliments any existing
or subsequent work you may do and offers
a smart finished appearance designed to
work in tandem with all UPVC accessories.
RENOLIT ALKORPLAN as a warm roof
system provides thermal performance
compliant with the latest building regulations
and its versatility of installation allows it to
work across a variety of applications, no
matter how challenging or architecturally
interesting the roof structure or its pitch
(including vertical) may be. Its flexibility
allows the membrane to install to all angles
and waterproof around any protrusions.
Eye-catching design
Unlike most roofing products, RENOLIT
ALKORPLAN is available in a range of
eye-catching colours including stylish
greys, traditional coppers, earthy terracotta
and shimmering metallic. RENOLIT
ALKORDESIGN profiles enhance the visual
of the roof to provide the impression of
standing seam.
Green credentials
There is also the option to install RENOLIT’s
ALKOBRIGHT high reflectance membrane;
a brilliant white product which offers a
reduction in thermal gain and improves
the efficiency of photo voltaics. With the
addition of RENOLIT ALKORSOLAR, this
simple carrier system may be fitted for solar
elements without the need for additional
ballast or perforation of the roof membrane.

RENOLIT ALKORGREEN is also available
to provide a full green roof system.
Easy installation and maintenance
Due to the efficiency and reliability
of synthetic waterproofing, only one
membrane layer is needed, which cuts
down on installation time and weight.
There is no reliance on naked flame for
installation and RENOLIT ALKORPLAN
roofing membranes are either fastened
mechanically, adhesively bonded, or loose
laid and ballasted. All installation is carried
out by an approved roofing contractor.
Once installed, ongoing maintenance is
minimal.
RENOLIT ALKORPLAN has a predicted
life expectancy in excess of 35 years (BBA
approved).
