Hackintosh Project Written by Victor So i decided to make a Hackintosh and of course install Mac OS X on it. I did it on my own computer and I searched the web and I found iAtkos which is a distro of Mac OS X. I had to try several downloads before I found the one which was working for me. Once everything was burned to a cd, I installed it and the installation went pretty painless. When i had finished installing everything worked except the WiFi. I searched the web, looking for compatible drivers, but none of them was working. Eventually I gave up and i was looking for a temporary OS I could use. I found Ubuntu which is a free linux-distro. I downloaded it and burned it to a cd. I was using Ubuntu for two weeks before I wanted to return to Windows. It took me several days to find a Windows-version that I could use. Once again, i downloaded the 4GB file and burned it to a cd. Just before I was going to install it there was a problem. I didn’t have a product key. I searched and searched and at a forum, somebody had the same problem as me and they said that under your laptop your product key will be. I turned my computer and the product key was on a sticker. I took a picture with the iPad and entered the product key in the Windows installer and there I had my computer running Windows just as before. The moral of this article is that you should keep your main computer like it was when you bought it, and have a cheap, old laptop where you can install Mac OS X or any other operating system. __________________________________________________________________________ REVIEW: Android Minifigure Written by Victor You might be thinking now that this is yet another figure, and yes it is that, but there is somthing that makes this special. When you first get this thing it feeels like it should and it smells a bit like new, fresh plastic. There isn’t anything special to write about this figure, but when it comes to quality, then Andrew Bell has done something amazing. You have got careful to the antennas because they are just glued on. Did i mention that the arms and head can rotate otherwise it will just be standing on your desk doing nothing. Overall it might be worth it, but when it comes to value for money, then thisn’t the best part, because it cost 7,50$ and with shipping to Europe (if you live here), it gets up in 20$ which is expensive and the only place to get one of these is at DeadZebra. The reason they made these figurines, is that you can strugggle to get the whole collection of decorated droids. If you are a true geek or you wanna be it, this is something you should buy.
