EXAMPLE
Ginny’s father is 180 cm and her mother is 170 cm.
(180 cm minus 13 cm = 167 cm) + 170 cm = 337 cm.
337 cm divided by two = 168.5 cm.
Using this formula, Ginny could predict that she would grow
to be 168.5 cm tall, that’s just 1.5 cm shy of her mother.
