The week swung into action on the Monday with the

week of showing for all competitors with almost 400

The feature Aged event of our National Show is
the Gold Buckle Futurity and it didn’t disappoint
this year with a run off happening between Warren
Backhouse and Shane Sainsbury, both riding
Gunners Special Nite Q-80153 horses. After a run
off Warren Backhouse riding NPH Gunner Be A
Goodnite Q-92426 was declared the Thomas Arena
Products Gold Buckle Futurity Level 4 Champion on
a score of 144.5.
The Gold Buckle Futurity Champion owned by the
thrilled Dave & Jane Manchon, is by ‘NPH Lil Nu It All’
out of Lilmissnoitall. It was special to have Neylon
Performance Horses owners and show sponsors
Dennis & Erin Neylon presenting the championship
buckle as they bred the champion horse. Our Gold
