2025 AQHA INCENTIVES- NUTRIEN CLASSIC SALE & CAMPDRAFT
2025 NUTRIEN / DALGETY STALLION SHOOTOUT CAMPDRAFT WINNER

TIMES UP( IMP) Q-77580

OWNER: PETER & JACINTA SHUMACK
AT THE AGE OF 15, TIMES UP HAS RETIRED TRIUMPHANTLY AFTER BEING RIDDEN BY TAMWORTH TRAINER, HUGH MILES, TO BECOME THE 2025 NUTRIEN / DALGETY STALLION SHOOTOUT CAMPDRAFT CHAMPION.

It was an exciting moment for owners, Peter & Jacinta Schumack, as they watched their imported stallion, Times Up, skilfully ridden by Hugh, clinch the overall win and finish on an aggregate score of 204, ahead of a highly talented group of competitors. A close contest, Times Up did his all to take the win for his thrilled owners, by just one point!

To top it off, as current financial AQHA members and the owners of Times Up, Peter and Jacinta Schumack received the AQHA $ 1,000 Owner ' s Cash Incentive, which was presented in the arena by AQHA General Manager, Gemma Clarke, for having the AQHA’ s highest placed Registered Quarter Horse in the event.
Times Up is by One Time Pepto Q-65433, NCHA Open Super Stakes Champion, with over $ 331,000 LTE, and out of Boon San Kitty USA-3955171, the NCHA Co-Horse of the Year. Imported by Peter and Jacinta Schumack to replace Rackateer Cat, and to breed to their Rackateer Cat mares, Times Up first stepped onto Australian soil, just a month prior to the 2013 NCHA Futurity.
Immediately put into Cutting training, Times Up became the 2013 NCHA Reserve Champion Non Pro Classic Challenge! More Cutting success came when he won at Toowoomba, and then headed south to win the Victorian Non-Pro Futurity, the 2014 North Star Non-Pro Classic Challenge. Matilda Schumack later rode him to win her 2015 NCHA Youth Title!
In 2016, Times Up began his Campdrafting career with Mick Cole of Nebo, Queensland. He was awarded the 2016 / 2017 ACA Rookie Horse of the Year and Novice Horse of the Year. After a successful breeding season back home in Tamworth, Times Up returned to Mick Cole, leading to another successful Campdraft season, much to the Schumack’ s gratitude.
However, during his 2017 / 2018 breeding season in Tamworth, Times Up suffered a serious bout of colic, requiring surgery. This prompted the decision to keep the stallion close to home. So in 2019, Tamworth trainer, Hugh Miles, was approached to campaign the stallion, resulting in further successes, incredible cutouts and exciting runs. That year, Hugh rode Times Up at Condamine, and later at Warwick, where they made the final of the Stallion Campdraft. The pair ultimately won the 2023 Condamine Bell Open Campdraft, a highlight of his Campdraft career. Peter and Jacinta thank Hugh Miles Performance Horses for all they’ ve done.
Always consistent, Times Up would consistently show a great turn of speed and amazing athletic abilities to control cattle. The great stallion has exceeded all of the Schumack’ s expectations in the performance horse arena, accumulating NCHA LTE of over 30K, and a ACA LTE of 130K! The icing on the cake, Peter said, was seeing the 4yo horse, Game Changer, sired by Times Up, make $ 100k as the highest-selling gelding at the Nutrien Classic Campdraft and Sale, with congratulations to all involved.
